Born 1973, Spain.
KASTRO is a Spanish painter whose art has been exhibited nationally. His works center around the transmission of emotional states, with specific themes oriented towards the plastic expression of ‘things that cannot be explained in any other way’. KASTRO’s abstract expressionist style is imbued with undercurrents of informalism and tachismo. He places importance on background textures and uses a minimalist palette, including black, red, and brown.
